Even the conexion to the virtual PLCSIM ?

But it says that i can connect them to siemens s7-1500

The Starter version only includes an S7-TCPIP Interface to connect via TCP to real Siemens Controllers: S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200, S7-1500, Sinumerik or Simotion and a Siemens Simit interface.

Also, if i have the siemens license to the virtual plc s7-1500v siemens  can i use it? or do i need to buy the pro?
