Hmmm... does it directly happens when you open the project on the new PC or only if you start the simulation?

We just implemented a new upload service.

You can upload your project here: https://game4automation.com/send

First picture shows that your project was still importing something and not ready to build.

I am able to build this scene based on the current release.

You need to make sure that cadimport is not part of your build because it is an editor only function and uses editor classes.

Usually it is done by excluding cadimport in the dll settings. This should be the case in your project. Maybe you referenced cadimport.dll somewhere in your scripts and this is why the build is not running. Please check what you added or changed in difference to the current release.

Mai is info@game4automation.com

You can use Dropbox or OneDrive. I could also generate for you an upload folder if needed.

Hi Martin, your message is received. I will send you a beta for Hololens as soon as it is available (try to get it fixed next week).

You can have a refund any time you want from our side but I don't know how long Unity will accept the refund.

If you start with an empty unity project and re-import our asset from the asset store with Unity2019 LTS everything must work. We check that always before release and it works for hundreds of our customers.

Again, please send us your project and we will tell you what went wrong on your side. This is the only way how we can help you.

Hi Kasper,

we have now an idea where the problem is. It seems, that during the connection the Hololens graphics thread gets blocked. We would need to create the connection in a parallel thread. Are you still interested in a solution. We would need somebody who is able to test on Hololens?

You could send us a mail to info@game4automation.com

Best regards

Thomas
