I did all the steps in your link everything seems to be correct. 
I'm starting a new project from scratch and i hope that this issue will not come back again

EDIT:
now it seems that everything is not working, I cant even load a scene nor do anything on unity, everything is broke, seems that the issue with play mode is now acting for every action i do on unity.

Hi! I fixed it by converting all my files to the 2019.4.13f1 unity version. 

I do not think that the beta or the 2020 version is supported.
