Hi, thanks for all the hint and advices. For 1-4 please check attached update of the S7Interface.
For 6 - if i understand it correctly - your proposal is to do a new importer which is also able to read dbs? Please explain us a little bit more what we should do based on your discovery.
Also you have your own implementation of S7 protocoll which is faster - if i understand it correctly?
Best regards
Thomas

Hi,
our naming convention is always from the point of view of a plc so “PLCInputBool” is a bool input of a PLC – what means a Bool output of Unity.
This hopefully already answers your full question.
Best regards
Thomas
I will check - we are just before a new release and will fix this before.

Hi there,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback and for sending over your updated S7Interface.cs file – we really appreciate it!
I want to sincerely apologize if our previous communication gave you the impression that we weren't taking your feedback seriously. That's absolutely not the case, and I'm sorry if it came across that way. We genuinely value your input and have been carefully reviewing the issues you've highlighted.
You're right that there are some areas we need to improve, and your code contributions are incredibly helpful. Since we support over 20 different interfaces, we can't claim to be deep experts in every PLC protocol, which is why detailed feedback from users like you is so valuable to us.
To make sure we're on the same page, let me confirm what I understand:
